What began as a conversation has grown into something we’re genuinely excited about. Starting Saturday, July 25, Erbal will be offering herbal tea experiences at the studio, not as a one-time event, but as an ongoing partnership we’ll continue building throughout the year.
Yoga and herbal tea may be different practices, but they share a similar intention: slowing down, paying attention, and creating space to reconnect with the body.
Yoga brings awareness through movement and breath. Tea offers a quiet transition afterward, a moment to settle, reflect, and carry that awareness beyond the mat.
With ingredients such as chrysanthemum, ginger, and lavender, each blend is created to complement the rhythm of the practice and become part of the ritual that follows.
Starting July 25 at YogaSix Pasadena, come experience it with us.
